The Cain Draw Ranch is located on the Sutton and Crockett County boundary line with Crockett County Road 102 and Sutton County Road 412 providing paved road access. The ranch lies just 35 miles Southeast of Ozona and 38 miles Southwest of Sonora, Texas With its extensive elevation changes this ranch offers breathtaking views while several deep draws weave through the property, offering natural shelter and wildlife habitat. The tree cover is dominated by mature live oak and cedar trees, creating a classic Hill Country landscape with both beauty and functionality.
